With more than a decade of experience owning, managing, and growing their fast- casual crepe restaurants in Eastern Europe, the team at Sofra Creperie is taking their family’s secret recipes on the road to Inner Rail Food Hall in Aksarben Village. After opening several restaurants, the chef has perfected the creperie experience. Serving fresh and local ingredients, Sofra Creperie will offer both sweet and savory crepes, appealing to a variety of palates. Savory options will be light, yet filling, with favorites including Chicken Caesar and Mediterranean crepes. Although Sofra’s primary focus will be on savory options, a handful of dessert crepes will be on the menu as well, including the Nutella, a crowd favorite for over a decade.
