CHEF JING STALLWORTH:
Growing up in my father's kitchen in China created a lasting impact on my future. I was able to see a life long passion in cooking food for others. After my father retired, he opened a new restaurant "Northeast Sajia" in China to allow me to gain the professional experience to operate my own concept. When I came to the United States in 1998, I worked in several high volume concepts to continue to hone my skills.
Rougamo & Boba will strive each day to bring authentic techniques and flavors from my North China roots with fun modern twists.
