CHEF JING STALLWORTH:
Growing up in my father's kitchen in China created a lasting impact on my future. I was able to see a life long passion in cooking food for others. After my father retired, he opened a new restaurant "Northeast Sajia" in China to allow me to gain the professional experience to operate my own concept. When I came to the United States in 1998, I worked in several high volume concepts to continue to hone my skills.
Jing's Green Goodness will strive each day to bring authentic techniques and flavors from my North China roots with fun modern twists.
