Gravy Train started in 2019 when founder and owner, Meghan McLarney, brought her homemade biscuits and gravy to the Omaha Farmers Market. 
 
Since then we have expanded and have become a staple of the Farmers Market each summer. You can find us at many Omaha events, including HutchFest, slinging biscuits and bringing sunshine to you as we do.

We believe that if you love people you should make them food. What better way than to make food that you're proud of and that brings happiness to anyone that eats it.

Although our name is Gravy Train, we pride ourselves on other food specials and flavors you would never expect.
